As part of its commitment to protect the personal data of its customers and in order to guarantee the utmost privacy of said data, KISHOA, S.L has revised all of its business processes and in particular those that involve the processing of personal data, adapting them to the new requirements of the Community legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by implementing the appropriate security measures under consideration of the results obtained from the risk analysis conducted, and has updated its privacy policies and accordingly the Legal Notice at hand.
The user and/or customer warrants that the data provided is true, exact, complete and up to date, whereby he is responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that could arise as a result of the failure to comply with said obligation. In the event that the data provided belongs to a third party, the user and/or customer warrants that he has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and has obtained the authorisation of the third party to submit his data to KISHOA S.L for the purposes specified.
The portal may host blogs, forums and other social media applications or services with the purpose of promoting the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of this service, over which KISHOA, S.L has no control whatsoever.

We will process your personal data, if you authorise us to do so, in order to send commercial communications related to our services, activities, events or news, until you express your wish to the contrary by whatever means. Based on the information available to us, we are able to create commercial profiles according to the activity of your company, with the purpose of offering you products and services that are adapted to your interests. In any case, the authorisation to process your data for this purpose is voluntary and the only consequence of denying this authorisation is that you will not receive communications regarding our services, activities, events and news, and your data will be erased.

For how long will we process your data?

The data for sending the aforementioned communications will be stored indefinitely, until, as the case may be, you express your desire for said data to be erased.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

The basis for the processing of your data for the specified purposes is the consent requested of you, which you may revoke at any time. Update to the policy

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty within the fourteen (14) calendar days following the signing of the contract. The customer should communicate his desire to exercise his right of withdrawal by sending a notice to C/ Gustavo Fernández Balbuena nº 11, Entreplanta, 28002 (Madrid) by sending an email to info@powenes.deditec.dev. The period of notice is considered to be observed if the notice is sent before the expiry of the notice period, provided that it is carried out either on paper or on any other durable medium made available to and accessible by POWEN. POWEN will not have the right to claim any other compensation from the customer in the event he withdraws in accordance with the foregoing, except the compensation of the non-reimbursable expenses paid to the public administration by POWEN.

In the event that the customer has paid for a signal, provided that the previously defined conditions are met, POWEN will carry out the repayment of said amount.
